Some work has not reached the cloud yet

Changes made while offline are still only on this phone. They stay saved here for this account and will sync the next time you sign in online. Signing out now means they will not appear on your other devices until then.

Records deleted on another device

These exist only on this phone. Keep leaves the record here. Remove moves it to this phone's archive (included in Export my data). Nothing is uploaded or deleted from the cloud either way.

Add latest reference prices

New items are ticked. Nothing in your catalogue is removed, and a price you set yourself is never changed.

Clear everything

This removes every item in your catalogue (including Labour and Maintenance), your saved brands, your own categories and your packages. A copy is saved first and can be brought back with "Restore last cleared catalogue". Projects, quotes, invoices, receipts, clients, company details and numbering are not touched.

Update the app on your other phones first: an older version there can bring the old list back.

Nothing is deleted or changed. The app keeps sending these by itself while it is open and online. Export my data (Company Settings) keeps a copy.

Template 7 "My letterhead" prints quotes and invoices on your own letterhead. Receipts do not change.

Your trades

Only categories of your trades are shown on Build, Packages, Edit All Prices and the profit calculator. "Show all categories" always reveals everything.

Receipt Business Name

Receipt Phone

Receipt Address

All three are printed on receipts only — separate from the Company Name, Phone and Address used on quotes and invoices. Each starts out matching its company equivalent; edit any time.

Receipt Printer Paper Width Auto-cut after printing

Off by default on 58mm, on by default on 80mm. Some 58mm printers with no cutter print the cut command as garbage text instead of ignoring it — use Test Print to check before relying on it.

Verify an untested printer here — five seconds instead of mid-job.

Tax Rate (%)

Currency

Used on new quotes/invoices going forward — already-issued documents keep the currency they were created with.

Numbering

Set the next number for each document. It must be higher than any number you have already used, so numbers can never repeat.
