Ventoq is owned and operated by OWLVISION TECH SOLUTIONS, Nairobi, Kenya ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information Ventoq keeps, why, and your choices. Questions: support@ventoq.app.
1. What we collect
Your account: name, email address, and your Google account name if you sign in with Google.
Your business details: company name, phone, email, address, tax PIN, logo, letterhead and the "Prepared by" details you enter.
Your business records: clients, projects, quotes, invoices, receipts, payments, expenses and prices.
Payment for Ventoq: the first name you paid with and any referral code, so we can activate your account.
2. Why we use it
To run the app for you: save your work, keep it the same on all your devices, and let you share documents.
To activate and renew your subscription.
To help you when you contact support.
We do not sell your information, and we do not show adverts.
3. Where it is kept
On your device, so the app works offline.
In our cloud database provided by Google (Firebase). Google's servers may be outside Kenya.
4. Who can see it
You, on any device signed in to your account.
We look at account and payment details to activate or renew your account. We look at your work only if you ask us to help with a problem.
Other people see a document only when you choose to share it.
5. Your clients' information
The client details you add belong to your business. You decide what to add and who to share documents with. We keep them only to run the app for you.
6. How long we keep it
While your account is active, and after your subscription ends so you can renew without losing your work.
You can ask us to delete your account and all its data at any time by emailing support@ventoq.app.
7. Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information. You can export your data from the app, or email support@ventoq.app.
8. Keeping it safe
Your account is protected by your sign-in, and the profit view by your own PIN. Keep your password and PIN private, and sign out on shared computers.
9. Children
Ventoq is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app.
